The use of services provided by Designhost.ca is subject to following the terms of our acceptable use policy.
All content stored on Designhost.ca servers must not infringe on any copyright laws and may not contain material deemed to be
illegal in Canada. This includes but is not limited to pirated or illegally obtained software or any type of serial numbers or
software cracks. Designhost.ca cannot physically check all content but still reserves the right to check all content uploaded by its'
customers to determine its legality. Designhost.ca servers will not be used to host any type of file sharing service. FTP use is for
uploading web files only. The use of spam mailing software or unsolicited commercial mailings will also not be tolerated. Any
server side applications being run by our clients are subject to review and removal if they are found to have detrimental effects
on performance or security of our servers. If Designhost.ca receives a complaint or finds any unacceptable material located on
our servers the responsible account may be instantly suspended including all email transactions until such material is checked
by our staff or removed. As we respect the right to the privacy of all our clients we will not share any personal information about
them, however in some cases we are obligated to inform the proper authorities if we are aware of content that may include
abuse of any kind to children or animals. At Designhost.ca we strive to provide a safe secure hosting experience for all of our
customers and reserve the right to use our own discretion in determining unacceptable content.

Refer a Friend program:
If your friend signs up for the hosting package You will receive $25. Or if they sign up for the design and hosting package you will
receive $50. Your friend must provide us with your information during sign up in order for DesignHost.ca to contact you and
arrange payment.
